Another Drug Dealer Arrested

Police had a tip off that there was drug activity taking place at a house in Takientia area.

On the 23rd of February at 8.00pm Police set up a sting operation to apprehend a male drug dealer who was later named as Komkrit Putchart, aged 27. The dealer had been contacted and the appointment had been made at the above location.

Plainclothes Police arrived at the scene and was approached by the drug dealer driving a Ford pick up truck along with his girlfriend. Once Ya Ice and money had been exchanged, the dealer and his girlfriend were arrested.

Police searched inside the pick up truck to find 2 more packs of Ya Ice, one computer note book, 7 mobile phones and a bank account book with 40,700 Baht deposited.

Police also seized the pick up truck and the two offenders were taken to Pattaya Police Station.

Komkrit pleaded his guilt but he could not provide other details about his dealer. Both offenders have been charged with possession of Class 1 illegal narcotics with the purpose of selling and now face court dates.

Police investigation continues.

The girlfriend could claim the phones were all hers as she had to keep up with the fashion.

The rest may be a little hard to explain.
