UK VFS express visa options

Featured Replies

Hi guys.

Applying for a marriage visa for the future thai wife.

She has recently returned to Thailand after a long holiday in the UK with me to see if she thought life in the UK would be OK.

We were going to marry in Thailand then apply. But due to being unable to sort out affirmation to marry paperwork in time that has thrown a spanner in the works.

Instead now we plan on her coming to the UK on the marriage/fiance type visa that can be converted at extra cost to settlement from within the UK after marriage.

My question is while looking at the VFS website I see there are also options for express and super express applications.  Expensive but a cheaper option than having me flying back and forth like a love suck teenager every few weeks lol.

Can these options be used for marriage/fiance visa applications? As I've heard otherwise that some applications are taking an extremely long time to process.

Do you mean a lovestruck teenager?! ????

Not sure about the two visas you mentioned but we used the express for a Tier 4 student visa a few years ago. More expense but definitely worth it as it was very quick. This was 2015 though.
