Automobile Front End Alignment in Pattaya Area

Featured Replies

I have a Ford Fiesta in obvious need of a front end alignment. I brought it to the Pattaya Ford dealership, and apparently they do not have a front end alignment machine.

My wife just brought the car to the Dunlop shop near Bang Saray, unfortunately without me, and they claim to have aligned it. It is somewhat better, but nowhere near perfect causing me to wonder if they just did it by the old "hit and miss" method, and also do not have an alignment machine. Especially since they only charged 300TB. The low price makes me wonder as in the US the cost of a professional alignment is more like 3000TB.

I will go to the Dunlop shob myself and see if they have a machine and have them try again if they do. But if as I suspect they don't have an alignment machine, does anyone know of a shop who does have one which did a successful and effective alignment? And if yes, what was the cost?

B-Quik outside BigC on Sukumvit have such a machine. Some people like them, some don't. Many other places have been mentioned on here previously. Personally I have never needed to have it done.

I dont see why alignment should cost more than a few hundred Baht here. This is not Kansas.

Thanks. Since posting this I noticed that the similar thread looking for shops in BKK does mention a few in this area as well, and B-Quik had good and bad reviews. Tyreplus was also mentioned.

Any other recommendations and reviews/prices from local shops would be appreciated. And I'll post a follow up when/if I get it aligned properly.
