Affirmation Form to Marry

Featured Replies

Can anyone say if the form, HAS to be translated and notarized at the Thai Embassy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or can a local notary in Pattaya do it, and if so, know any companies I can contact ?

Thanks in advance

It has to be the MFA. The MFA place a numbered seal on the translation, and this number is recorded on the document you sign when you get married.

Thank You, Blackcab. I saw on Thaivisa website they can do notary services, for 500 Baht a page, can they do the run to Bangkok, for an additional fee and do it, or would I have to go there to sign any document's ?
