Moonlight Hotel Chaweng

For my next trip to Samui i think of stay on the Moonlight Hotel (i hope in the suite if is available).

I need some info: is guestfriendly? shops near?

I know that the area of the hotel is not good but for the cheap price...

I tried to find information about Moonlight here at TV, but without success.

Did anybody stay at Moonlight in the past?

If so, what about hot water in the fan rooms?
