When it becomes a reality and legal, does that also mean that Vape and E smokes are also to be reviewed?

Only joking but I bet if I went in and dumped my stash on the police desk they would laugh and say that it don't include farang and bang me up.by the way they wouldn't have a clue what a 9 bar was.ive not seen one of them in the uk for about 15 yrs now the old skunks on the scene.
