yang123
Q: How many days before/after annual extension deadline date may applications be submitted? Tried searching here and to find the limits via the TI website, but it's having a bad hair day. Thanks in advance!
Pib
Depending on your immigration office either 45 or 30 days. For example, at Chaengwattana (Bangkok) immigration you can apply up to 45 days before. For the last several years I've been apply for my retirement extension of stay renewal at around the 40 to 43 day mark.
lopburi3
You have to apply for extension before you current stay expires - most places allow up to 30 days early and some up to 45 days early. Some will make small adjustments for valid reasons.
yang123
Thanks for the quick replies. Was hoping to perform 90 day and annual extension rites in a single visit to TI. Dunno if my local office works to 30 or 45 days in advance....

Going there next week and will be kitted out with both sets of paperwork.
