Change land transfer fee

Rule of thumb  about 5% of purchase price however some land offices have their own valuation per talang wah and may use that. If it's gifted from parent to child reduced rate which use to be 0.5% so depending on the family  relationships could be minimal.

Thanks very much for that, gives me a good pointer.
It's not totally gifted but around 10% of value, but sold within family.
