Could someone advise on the transfer fee of approx 6 Rai of chanote land at the land office.

Im not sure, the price was way below market value as it is being kept in family. We are not sure how it works so just trying to get some input. Makes sense.

Rule of thumb  about 5% of purchase price however some land offices have their own valuation per talang wah and may use that. If it's gifted from parent to child reduced rate which use to be 0.5% so depending on the family  relationships could be minimal.

It's not totally gifted but around 10% of value, but sold within family.
