My GF need 3 sessions of laser treatments combine with the medications for brown face spots.

Phayathai Hospital in Sriracha has a decent department, don't know about the laser treatments. easy drive up from Pattaya to check.

33 km too far and I do not have cars in Pattaya !

Measured from Pattaya Klang, Queen Sirikit Hospital Sattahip is from 35-45 km depending on the route taken, whereas Phayatai is less than 30km

If you are in Pattaya Sriracha is way easier to get to than Queen Sirikit Hospital but up 2 u
