Retire Malaya VS Thailand: Advantages? Disadvantages? Your Experiences?
More capital appreciation in Thailand is there? BS. Malaysia's economy is miles stronger than Thailand. And YES, foreigners can own land in Malaysia as long as it isn't Bumi Land. Do you need that term explained? -

Red Wall MPs Urge Starmer to Take Stronger Stance on Immigration to Secure Seats
It's really funny to watch this stuff. Some say Starmer's the problem. Others say Farage/Badenoch etc. Most blame the weakest in society be it immigrants, long-term sick or just 'different' minorities, and beat up on them. Everybody slags each other off and blames each other. Those really responsible in the meantime laugh their backsides off all the way to the Cayman Islands. Cheered on and worshipped by their divided and ruled minions. -

Nong Khai Border Bounce. Avoid !!!
That's worth a shot, if the OP is willing to hop on a bus to Paksan tomorrow morning, chances are he'd be able to get in at Bueng Kan without further delay. -

Why some of us did not get COVID symptoms …even though we were exposed.
I've never had any kind of bloodwork to determine whether or not I've had it, but before I flew to Bangkok last time I needed a negative PCR test, which I obtained the day before. If I ever had COVID, I couldn't tell. Anyway, I haven't really thought much about it lately. I'm 73 yers old, and I can count on three fingers the number of times I've had a complete physical exam since I last visited a pediatrician at around age 12. From time to time I've had some bloodwork, which is always 100% normal, and I've had routine eye care because I was nearsighted. And routine dental care. That's about it.
