I get it,

some believe in God, some don't.

No one is more right or wrong than another.

Do you finally get it?

So you don't believe in God, but I think we can agree that the universe, from the tiniest particle to the biggest star, is ruled by physical laws.

Should we think then all of this laws come from nothing and happen by chance ?

Just asking.

Maybe coming from nothing, maybe coming from a "Creator".

Since 1961, after my "Experience", I believe coming from "Nothing".

If today, or tomorrow, or later, I have a tangible proof it come from a "Creator" I will believe in a "Creator".

I have respect for the ones who believe in a "Creator" as long as they admit they may be wrong.

I may be wrong in believing there is no "Creator".

Yes, you are.
You're welcome. ????

An opinion is always interesting to read.

To be wrong or right, there must be set a standard as proof of existence or non existence, therefor we only believe!

Good, there are plenty more where that came from. Despite what you might think, you're not too old to learn something. ????????

I hope I find the tangible ( accepted as such by everyone) truth before my death.

If people can't even agree on the shape of the Earth, good luck with finding a truth that is accepted by everyone.

That's where faith comes in. When you die, you had to already have made up your mind which path to choose.

"Truth" is a relative concept.

However I think the concept "Day" & "Night" for instance, is accepted by everyone as being a "Truth".

Sorry if I'm wrong, but that's very close to the assumption that humans are the highest form of intelligence in the whole universe. And if I'm right to guess your assumption, is there any base for that theory ?

So, the Sun being at the center of our solar system just became a "Truth" after everyone agreed with it, but was not true before?
Interesting theory. ... :coffee1:

So far my path is chosen.

I hope your god doesn't exist (Based on what you wrote here about him).

He does, and if you mean what he does if you're not a believer, that's up to him. I've said before, he made everything, including the rules we should live by , (which make sense even if you're a non-believer), and he has the final say.

Yes, I think so.

I believe the truth is, that there is no creator.

But maybe one day, due to circumstances, the truth will be that there is a creator, accepted thus by everyone.

But we can continue to argue for the pleasure of posting.

You know what I think about you, you know what my opinions are.

Both may change one day.

Up to you to assume what you want.

Your question to me has been answered.

As we were taught, Jesus will come.....................Jesus will come back soon. However, no one knows the exact time when Jesus is coming again. Mark 13:32 says, “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” Interestingly, the disciples asked Jesus the same question just before He returned to heaven. At that time, Jesus told them it was not for them to know the times or seasons which are in the Father's authority. Therefore, Jesus may come back tomorrow, next month, next year or 100 years from now. So what does this mean for you and me? Always be ready for the second coming of Jesus Christ. Watch and focus on Jesus because the devil is seeking to distract mankind from understanding the signs and closeness of Jesus' coming

No, I'm not sure I know. Can you tell me again please? I'm sure your insight will contribute so much to the discussion.

A pity  you not sure you know.

I won't tell it again, do some effort and you will find out.

My insight about you is a personal opinion based on your attitude.

In other words: the opinion is worthless.
Ok, got it. ????

Your opinion, which you are, of course, entitled to have.

I feel good, why further debating.

My answer to your question don't need any further clarification.

My position in this topic is loud and clear.

The rest are trifles.

It was loud and clear the first 20 times, the other 50 were just overkill.

And yet here you are still trying to state an opinion as fact.

Can you ask your god why he or she only seems to have followers that are a sandwich short of a picnic.

Correct, for all, except yourself.

And you still don't get it. But I am sure you will pretend you are.

Now I expect, as usual, a reaction from yourself, with at the end a laughing emoticon ( Convinced that your posts are oh so funny).

In my world it is the others who decide if something is funny or not.

Tell that to the billions that believe. I'm sure a few have IQ's over the average of 98
