I live in Jomtien. I always file my TM-30 the day after I arrive at my condo.

I will fly into BKK on Friday late afternoon. I will stay one night in Bangkok, then go to the condo in Jomtien. I will leave Thailand on the following Monday afternoon.

My question is do I need to register my TM-30 on Monday or just leave through the airport without doing it?

nope, I wouldn't do anything mainly because you will spend an hour at immigration getting it. Just keep an old one and say you still live there because your bank gets mail sent there or your motorbike is parked there or some legitimate excuse. If you have a thai sim they already know where you actually are by cell tower triangulation TM30 is bureaucratic nonsense

If you are on a Retirement Extension, Jomtien do not require you to report if you are still at the same address you normally reside at.
