Garden Fencing

Featured Replies

Can someone please direct me to a source for some garden fencing. The type I'm looking for is about 1-1/2 - 2 ft tall, with no spaces large enough for a small animal to crawl through. Something like a strong mesh or "chicken wire" material would be best. I live on the Dark Side, and would like to find a place nearby to buy it. Any help will be appreciated.

2ft tall? What kind of fence is that? Plenty of hardware places sell chicken wire. Where on the darkside are you?

Perhaps overkill for you, but you could plant some of these. It's a living fence and you get delicious fruit as a bonus. No human or animal would dare cross it (and live to tell about it):

You'd regret the day you ever planted it.

Digging up overgrown trees is not only expensive, somchais will break your electric cables and water mains while digging with their stone age pickaxes. You're absolutely right.

That said, I just let 11m of sai kauree (banyan tree I think) be installed. 2.5m high, 8250 baht including installation. Should deter rubberneckers, for animals, tiger piss, chili, bb guns, a-bomb if you got a koel. Chokdee.
