May 15, 20196 yr i normally go to bangkok bank's head office to get my bank letters to support my extension (retirement). i have a USD and THB account so i get a letter for each one. i decided to alter my usual routine this year and try and get both letters at the bangkok bank branch at CW. i had my USD account passbook updated at CW once so i thought i might be able to get the letter also. but they said no. not sure if that is everyone's experience but that was mine. not a big deal, not complaining. it doesn't take long for me to get to CW (30-45 min). just thought i'd let TV forum members know in case someone is thinking about doing same as me.
