Only one conclusion... murder!

The police should follow up on this quickly before the perpetrator does a runner further than after the accident! The father has nothing to answer for & is only responsible for bringing this idiot into the world

and not teaching him right from wrong, but it seems the son is beyond parental control!

Time for the courts to put him out of harms way.
