90 day immigration residence registration

I understand that it is necessary to mail the Immigration Bureau every 90 days in order to register my residence, however, will the same be required of my wife and two children who are here as my dependents?

Also, I realize that the one-year visa can take several months to process for a non-BOI licensed entity. Am I required to register prior to the issuance of my one-year visa as I may be in Thailand for 6 months on the "B" visa?

Yes, dependants like wife and children MUST do the 90 days report as well.

As soon as you, and your dependants, has been here more than 90 days, it must be reported. Normally you make your first report at the same time that you extend the initial B-visa for the first time (at around 70-90 days of initial stay)
