TallGuyJohninBKK
If the Chinese consuls believe any of that, then I've got a few bridges I'd like to sell them for a modestly large sum. I guess they didn't talk much about the Chinese teacher who got hit in the head the other day with a golf club by an angry taxi driver.

True, however steps can be taken to mitigate the occurance of brake failures, bus overturns, drownings, electrocutions, falls, beatings by taxi drivers and assorted mishaps.

beechbum
The fact that "Again" is in the heading says it all...(if they actually stated the number of times such meetings to address the same issue have occurred it'd be even more ridiculous) Edited June 30, 2019 by beechbum
the guest
The Thai authorities will have to react favourably towards the more influential Chinese, unless they want to harm their tourism industry. Remember, China can switch the button anytime, unlike other foreign countries.

Oziex1
This would be as a result of the Chinese rather sarcastically saying at the first meeting "run that by me again"
Lingba
safety measures???....you mean listen to more babble and labeling it something its not to try and fool everyone into believing that they feel safe?
