  • If this thing crashes with him in it, it's an absolute bargain.

  • So why did you pay over market value?  Is flying the distance of a 2.15 hour car journey to hand back land title deeds deemed urgent?

Thailand’s deputy PM Prawit Wongsuwon flies 100km in US$37 million police jet,

South China Morning Post

Another day of shame for Thailand international image.

"Short runways - - - - "?

Helicopters would be a far more appropriate choice.

This expenditure is nothing but obscene megalomania.

But air transport for personal use,  wholly paid for by the Thai taxpayer,  is a prime requisite for the utterly corrupt, is it not ?

Trump flies to his golf courses on Air Force One. So he must be the most corrupt person in the world?

Geez, good thing we had the coup to bring an end to all that evil Shinawatra corruption.

I would be curious to hear the explanation as to why they've paid 350 million baht above the global market price for this plane.

Cost of reinforced landing gear for the onboad street food market, peewees walk-in lolex safe, and emergency hair dye (for which they used the long range fuel tanks).

Which other police service in the world has a business jet kitted out like POLICE FORCE ONE here?

And does metropolitan Bangkok have a police airwing division to fight actual crime yet?

Better not give them ideas, most sensible organisations are already moving on to police drones.

How boring and no gravy to siphon!

Don't know what all the fuss is about. The tax payer didn't pay for this. He obviously sold his friends watches.

Anyone still thinking the other guy in charge is running the place !! ????

You said along it along with millions of others ????

Trump was voted in. There's a massive difference.

Can also be used as a fast getaway out of Thailand  when the sh/t hit's the fan.

Why don't they get a nice GRAB sticker for the side of the plane?
