Iran Spends $16 Billion Annually to Support Terrorists and Rogue Regimes.

That comes from FDD. This is the organization that helped instigate the USA's involvement in the Syrian Civil War. It also publishes the Long War Journal. Remember that phrase "the long war." It's a neoconservative battle cry. Not heard much anymore. The Iraq War put the kibosh on it.

And even if true, how much of that 16 billion would go to activities that are actually terrorist. And what percentage of Iran's budget is devoted to terrorism? Yet somehow some poeple know that all the money realized from the sale of that cargo is going to go to support terrorism. Ridiculous.

The Iranian regime has long used oil revenues to support its destabilizing activities and fund terrorist proxies throughout the world.

Naturally the USA will STOP selling arms, ammunition, spare parts and nuclear technology to all the states in the region, especially SA.

Sounds good to me. Let them all take care of themselves. If the allies won't stand behind the US and the UK, they can have it.

It's far from a sure thing that even the UK will stand by the US. The UK has already demonstrated that it is extremely opposed to the US sanctions.

Just recently there was an article in Politico that showed Trump had already drastically reduced his demands. Now they're just about Iran's nuclear program. Before it wasn't just about nuclear weapons, but about missiles and Iran's involvement in military action elsewhere in the region. So Trump is already retreating. He can't be too thrilled about this situation. Some are so shocked and awed by the USA's impressive armed forces that they forget that Iran has leverage over Trump, too. I think there's a good chance we'll end up with another of Trump's retreats like the replacement for NAFTA: a few small changes but basically the same.

I truly hope so and the sooner the better.
