Knowing what visa's are required and how to obtain a work permit we move on to the all importantant question: How much?

We can see see on the forum how much it costs to live a backpackers life ( although there have been a conflict of opinion) any one know on average for a modest bar in Pattaya with an easy life style, what funds it would take to survive the 3 year lease.

Ok it could be an impossible question to answer without experience and that is what is needed ....someone with the experience of the situation....No nerd comments please.

I hope that it is not too  NERD,  but any responses will be subjective.  It is down to the individual competence as to   whether an owner will be successful, size, location and so  forth are important issues too.
