Anyone know if the construction for Rt 36 to Rayong is completed?  Or at least to the exit at RT 3191 is?  Been to

a couple PTT Rayong football games and if Rt 36 is completed,  I expect it to takee 1/2 the time as Rt3 to RT 3191.

No it's not, if anything it's worse than it was 6 months ago, or at least no better.  There is a great deal of work going on, but the road surface is still bad and far too many lane changes and restrictions to make the route safe. As usual on the 36, the truck traffic is immense. Suggest you stick to the Ban Chang, Maptaput, Rayong road,  Even that has diversions on it as you approach Rayong.  It will be great once it's all finished, maybe another 18 months to 2 years work.
