If your monthly auto payment has been by way of a monthly debit to your credit card, then this type of email would usually indicate that your credit card has recently expired, and you need to update the card details.

Don't click on anything in that email.

Login to your account with a known working link (not a link from the mail).

Go to your payment/invoice section.

If there is anything you have to pay or update you will see it there.

The same works for any account for anything.

First red flag is the email address it came from. It is not a genuine email address it is pretty clear based on the format used.

If you use the "Forward" function (don't actually send it!) you can read the basic email headings data and it's usually pretty obvious whether it came from the person it purports to be

Probably genuine, since you say that you have actually subscribed to the service.

"Do-not-reply@xxxx" is standard for companies to use, if they do not want you to reply by mail.

Furthermore, the mail does NOT ask you to click on a link in order to change your payment info, but advises you to log into your service through your phone app... this definitely looks genuine and not like pgishing
