Where to learn a Meditation in or near Bangkok?

Featured Replies

I am interested to learn meditation techniques.  I have tried it on my own, but I seem u able to clear my mind for very long.  Any groups or temples that speak enough English  guide me?

I'd recommend Little  Bangkok Sangha;

another possibility is Wat Mahathat Section 5.

That's all part of the process my friend & this still happens to me & I've been meditating for around 7 years now.

This line has always helped me "Whatever happens in the meditation, is the meditation"

So if you spend 5, 10, or 60 minutes thinking and have one moment of a "Clear mind" then that was your meditation  ????

I hope this helps you
