How fast is the internet at the vision condo? I move there in 1 week. do I have a choice of internet providers?

Depends what you are talking about, most condo blocks have an in house system with routers in the hallway, connect via wifi with a daily/weekly fee, speed would vary number of users, time of day, wifi reception etc.

Or the individual condo may have its own internet/router, speed would be dependant on what the owner pays for. Most condo blocks you are restricted to whichever provider has run cables into the building, usually only one.

Contact Matrix Pattaya and ask them for the contact details of the building management. They may even have the answer for you without you having to contact the building's manager.
