Cut your balls in the hospital, afterwards agree with your wife to get a second one (but somehow it will never happen).

To be honest; would not be surprised if I will get haunted with this too, one day in the future. Will never do it or agree, too risky financially as well.
In your post it is pretty clear, that this is not a good thing for you, so do not do it / my advice might not be that crazy, honestly.

I am considering to get it done, just to be sure.
