From what I understood, there is no extradition request for the "innocent" RB heir. He cannot be charged with a crime unless he appears in court, in Thailand. Fat chance of that happening.

Apparently It seems there's no shame or stigma of bad name and bad publicity to this family having their heir a fugitive from justice, otherwise they would have done something and they can do a lot if they care, but what justice means to some, it's completely different to others...

Probably went on a long holiday with some paid strumpet until things settled and is now back in London. 

He's a embarrassment to his family.

Is there a word for being rich and worthless at the same time
