When reading topics there is often a green box at the bottom of the page stating  eg "8 new replies."

How do you quickly open this?

I usually have to open the previous page; then back click onto the current page to read new replies.

It's not life threatening; just a mild annoyance.

Is there an easier way?

Move your mouse over that box. In certain areas the mouse pointer will change and then your click will show the new replies.

But it won't automatically scroll to these replies. Just scroll down on the page and you should see the new replies.

Or just refresh the page (Hit F5 if you're using Windows).

Why not just make the "Show Replies" text prominent? At the moment, it's white text on a white background - i.e. invisible, unless you actually highlight it.
