I have a Globality international health insurance policy. I am currently paying 132 GBP per annum

Globality are based in Luxembourg. https://www.globality-health.com/

I am considering moving to France where my premiums will drop to 118 GBP.

So why would health insurance in France be less than Thailand?

Its not just France but the whole of Europe would be the same premiums as France, apart from UK which has the same premiums as Thailand

118 or 132 GBP per year? Can not be a regular health insurance.

I would think he means per month.

The reason is that (private) health care in Thailand is way more expensive than healthcare in France. (Globality figures that u

are not going to visit cheap government hospitals when in Thailand).

Actually,  it is more complicated: France is grouped with many European countries at an average cost requiring 118 £ premium. Thailand is in another group,  on average more expensive.
