Fast Food Delivery Driver Crushed To Death Under....

Fast Food delivery man killed as his bike collides with a truck.

Fast Food Delivery motorbikes can often be seen speeding around the roads of Pattaya as they attempt to get food to their customers as quick as possible. It was inevitable that their erratic driving would eventually lead to a fatal road accident.

This is one such case from Soi 18/2 on the Naklua Road. On Thursday Afternoon, Police and rescue workers were called to deal with a road accident between a 10-Wheel Truck and a motorbike belonging to Burger King which was driven by Khun Wunchart aged 23 who was on his way to make a delivery when he failed to see the truck which indicated it was making a left hand turn into Soi 18/2.

The motorbike which approached on the inside of the truck at speed slammed into the undercarriage of the truck and the man was crushed under the vehicle. The truck driver, Khun Supachai aged 24, who Police determined was not at fault remained at the scene and explained his side of the story to Police.

We understand a review of driving habits of delivery men and women who work for fast food companies is now underway.

The truck driver stayed around!

This alone deserved a headline.

I suppose it would have been a bit hard to drive off with someone wedged between the wheels
