That's such small money I'd think any airport kiosk could do it.

 

I just brought back 6k to US. Couldn't get a reasonable exchange. Uncirculated notes. 100s

 

If your in BKK I'd try BKK bank main branch near pra ram 9.

 

Superrich always has truckloads of cash about. Main branch.
