ED visa, first time

Hi to everyone,

After check several schools I just apply to one to get ED visa, this last one choosed told me that i must to go take my visa at thai embassy in Penang. Previously other schools told me that i must go to Laos or Cambodia or Vietnam. I'm little bit confused, i have to go to a specific thai embassy or maybe i can go anywhere trying to save some money with a special fly offer?

Up to you. Its your first ed visa I would choose school that allowed other consulate. Example Saigon. Penang is s...hole

In fairness, the school probably recommends the consulate that is currently (!) the least likely to cause trouble, not the city that is most fun for a holiday.

That is true, school told me to go to Cambodia, then it worked.

Only the front cover page.

I took my ED Visa Pack overseas with three different cover pages for Hong Kong, Vientiane and London as I was travelling to each of these and submitted at the most convenient for me.

The school advise me to go Penang, stating there they not asking criminal record and all their students success there.

Anyone knows where is requested criminal record?
