well i got my new passport this week from

and northern ireland

same color as the replacement dull red

it can be used in e gates

the photo page is just a normal page in plastic very flimsy and at  front page as the old was at back

I've got another couple of years till my passport expires and have to renew.

 

Hope by that time the Brexit thing is resolved and I'll get a British blue one as it should be 

As soon as the blue ones come out I’ll be tossing my red one in the bin
