Back in July my wife made an application to do online TM30 as a condo owner.

On August 25th she got a 'confirm email' message - so she duly confirmed, and got a pop-up message saying she would be issued with a username/password (which I assume is allocated by Jomtien Immigration).

Since then she's had nothing back.

Should she reapply or is this kind of delay normal?

She should re-apply. The delay now is only hours or a few days at most.

That's correct, something must have gone wrong.  So better re-apply. 

We got a response in 20 minutes

As long as it takes this is Thailand

Got an almost immediate response with username and password, Chiangmai office. Was able to log on straight away.

I got my password in 8 1/2 weeks. The trick was to reapply just like the first time.

Can only commercial establishments get the online reporting or can private individuals as well.  We applied weeks ago and have heard nothing.
