Hello, I have an unusual request. Could anyone identify the product or brand in this image?  It is LIKELY from Taiwan but not sure.

 

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. (for the curious somebody said it was a medicine to use if a mosquito bites you; but I'm highly skeptical. thanks!)

Dark image and nothing to scale it or read on it other than the barcode. which if you had a better image might reveal something.
