I like to schedule things through contact form normally as there's a record and you don't get bogged down with name spellings etc especially with a Thai person.

 

For anyone who has used them do you have an email address perhaps from their replies, that you can share. If not, I guess calling them would still work for scheduling a border run? I'm planning to do so about 10 days ahead of schedule.

Best way is to go soi 6, take your passport and talk with them in person what is the CURRENT real deal with bookings, borders etc..
