Given that the Constitution enshrined a system of checks and balances, your assertion is not even debatable. Are you seriously maintaining that the Supreme Court can't rule laws to be unconstitutional?

MAN this whole thing has been a lesson in civics! The subpoena process:

 

1. Subpoena is issued

2. If subpoena is ignored, a contempt charge is issued

3. The contempt charge is handled by the DOJ headed by AG Barr!!!

 

AG Barr put Chelsea Manning in jail for ignoring a subpoena. Trump cronies? Complete pass.

Welcome to TVF, since you only joined on Monday it’s natural you would come straight to the world news forum and focus on posting ‘pro-Trump anti-Impeachment’ comments.
