Frantic backpeddling as expected. This whole escapade was centered around the whistleblowers testimony. Seems the whistleblower had nothing other than hatred of Trump. So, now the important thing is t

I hope no one takes this bait. If Trump supporters were interested in truth, they wouldn't be Trump supporters.

It's hard even for an 5th Ave Trump worshiper to deny what's obvious to everyone.

There are quite a few posters on this topic who are in denial.

Every time he refused a legitimate subpoena or ordered others to do the same.

Given the Executive and Legislative Branches are co-equal branches of government, the White House's obligation to comply with Congressional subpoenas is debatable at best.

Given that the Constitution enshrined a system of checks and balances, your assertion is not even debatable. Are you seriously maintaining that the Supreme Court can't rule laws to be unconstitutional?

He's a base Trump supporter so I think that's entirely plausible.

He joined on April 1st, never posted for months and then all of a sudden switched to rapid posting of rightwing themes.

I’d hesitate to call him a ‘Trump supporter’, we’ll at least ask on what basis is he a Trump supporter.

MAN this whole thing has been a lesson in civics! The subpoena process:

1. Subpoena is issued

2. If subpoena is ignored, a contempt charge is issued

3. The contempt charge is handled by the DOJ headed by AG Barr!!!

AG Barr put Chelsea Manning in jail for ignoring a subpoena. Trump cronies? Complete pass.

So far in the so-called impeachment inquiry, Trump has not been issued a legitimate subpoena.  The whole process is a sham as has been explained many times.

I think we can safely assume it's a former banned member's alter ego.

Oh look, another banned member with a new handle name sprouting the exact same debunked-to-death nonsense. Kudos to those guys who still try to educate these base Trump worshipers but I'm afraid it's of no use whatsoever. Facts aren't part of the universe they inhabit and that makes rational and logical discourse impossible.

Why is the process a sham. Please show me the laws congress has broken.

which law states a subpoena is not legitimate.

Welcome to TVF, since you only joined on Monday it’s natural you would come straight to the world news forum and focus on posting ‘pro-Trump anti-Impeachment’ comments.

I do however encourage you to visit other sections of TVF, there’s much more here than just Trump.

If you choose, as you might, to stick with posting pro-Trump anti-Impeachment defense comments, do at least try to catch up on what is actually happening in Trump’s Impeachment.

Again a warm welcome to a new and eagerly contributing member.

Yes, and I take comfort in the fact that these TVF "Phoenixes" seem to be attracted to people who are on the opposite side of the political spectrum.

There really is hope for them...:coffee1:
