Internet Recommendations Soi Khao Noi, Pattaya

Featured Replies

I'm about to move into a house in Royal Green Park, not far from Wat BoonSamphan, and struggling with the various internet packages on offer. I'm probably looking for fibre 100/100 or 100/50, and the main competitors appear to be 3BB, AIS and True. I'd love to hear from others with experience of these companies in that area. Speed? Reliability? Service? Value package? So far, 3BBB has made the best offer with a discount and free installation of 100/100 for a year's payment in advance - 6,970 baht, equivalent to 581 baht per month for the first year. But experiences with 3BB in Hua Hin make me hesitate. Thoughts, please. I haven't mentioned TOT, since past experience doesn't inspire confidence. But, who knows?

Comments on TV boxes that can be associated with these packages would also be welcome, though I'm tempted to treat this as a separate issue since most of what I watch is sourced from an external hard drive. Perhaps a Kodi box with a USB port to connect a hard drive? I think AID offers this, but the package that includes it is significantly more expensive than the 3BB offer.

We are in Huay Yai.  Switched to 3bb a few months ago.  We bought the 200mpbs package and the speed has been very good.  799 THB per month.

Live same village. 3BB fiber is best. have 500/500 my self.

True Online, Fiber, 50/10 and TV box with basic package. Works without big problems for 6 years now. 750/Month. which is too much i guess but ki-ki-et to change.

I've just been to 3bb to see about fiber for condo and they said it would cost 4k baht to run cable, surely this can't be right, some in building with fiber already but not spoken to them
