the award is given to anyone who has “demonstrated outstanding leadership principles, including fairness, honesty, accountability, transparency and inclusiveness”.

They have  certainly forgotten that he was part of the Khmer Rouge and then deserted to flee to Vietnam;

I think we should find better as a model of " leadership principles, including fairness, honesty, accountability, transparency and inclusiveness”. " :1zgarz5:

Hun Sen came to power with the Khmer Rouge and served as a Battalion Commander in the Eastern Region of Democratic Kampuchea (the state name during the Khmer Rouge government). In 1977, during internal purges of the Khmer Rouge regime, Hun Sen and his battalion cadres fled to Vietnam. "

The front page of their website did not mention this award.  You can donate to this organization if you want.   I think I will try to forget it.  It is just too deranged.

Founder Rev. Sun Myung Moon and his wife, Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon

Couple of other Moon's on board of directors.

Yes deranged and Moonie version of peace which includes peace propaganda in such places as Cameroon, DPF-Congo & Israel.

Like giving the citizen of the year award to John Gotti. Or giving the most honest person alive award to Donald Trump. Or giving the most productive PM award to Prayuth.

What can one even say? Hun Sen is a mass murderer. He has stolen billions from his own people. He operates hit squads to take out his opponents.

Beggars belief, with a record like this

And quotes like this:

I not only weaken the opposition, I’m going to make them dead ... and if anyone is strong enough to try to hold a demonstration, I will beat all those dogs and put them in a cage.—Hun Sen, January 20, 2011, responding to the suggestion that he should be worried about the overthrow of a dictator in Tunisia at the time of the “Arab Spring.”
