Does anyone know of a reasonably priced English-speaking lawyer in Bangkok who can assist us in submitting a paternity claim to a Thai family court?

Thanks! ????

I have used a person recommended in another thread. We got the DNA stuff with a willing mother at the time, and then used her and a lawyer to proceed in court for legalising. DNA was 20k~ if I recall correctly, and court costs of 80k.

We have clients who want to apply for citizenship by decent.  Whilst there are numerous parental DNA test available priced from 10,000 to 16,000 You need to consider what pupose you want the test for.  1. Medical Health, personal peace of mind, legal evidence or migration.  Whilst a professional DNA test might be taken into consideration,  An Embassy might request that a DNA test from a certified laboratory and they may even require that a representative of the embassy be present when the test is undertaken. This add to the costs of course and is generally only required if there is some residual doubt.  My suggestion would be to consider a paternity test in conjunction with a heath check. But be aware that you might need a second more expensive test to follow up post natal.  Best to seek legal advice if there is a contest

Yes, I agree. We went to Ramathibodi hospital and that was their pricing. The court accepted that with no issues.
