E-visa Blues

I started the visa process 8 days ago, received the Evisa receipt but nothing since. In the previous 5-6 evisa applications I got it in a couple of hours or the next morning. When I go to their site using their reference number my status is shown as Pending. When I try to use the app to chat I am 475th or 550th in line, when I leave a message it is not answered, and just now that app said it was offline.

Can I join the throng for a visa on arrival?

 

Any ideas on the hold up?

It just came in, great! On my latest messaging effort I was 22nd in line. After a while I noticed a thumbs up / thumbs down vote option for the evisa office. I pressed thumbs up. 10 minutes later I got the emailed visa.
