Phonecards

Featured Replies

Hi guys, does anyone know or can recommend the best phonecard for calling Thailand from the UK.

I have been using the "iphone card" for many months now, and I'm sure there are better cards to use. The connection is xxxp. I have trawled the internet and founds 100's of cards but was hoping one of the regular posters and callers to Thailand could recommend. Thanks.

My wife swears by the Go Bananas cards, but they're not the cheapest... She also liked one I picked up in Chinatown that I can't remember the name of. (From one of the shops there that sells nothing but phone cards - I just asked what they recommended for calling Bangkok).

Personally, I use Superline on the home phone when I'm in the UK. 2.5p/min, but it's per second billing (ie 10 second call is charged as 10 seconds, not a minute), and means I don't have the hassle pf buying cards.

I use two different ones..

Black (1st national)

Mega Mouth

Both offer good quality connections and cheap !

I also use the direct dial numbers like 08444 390439 or 08448 960003.. 3p per minute from landline

totster :o
