A trained forensics officer could advise on this in well under an hour, but that requires a professional police force.

Spontaneous combustion. Case solved! Edited January 2, 2020 by Matzzon

mikebell
I hope this catches on and long lines of bikes for rent will spontaneously combust freeing up parking spots for legitimate road users.

For four cheap motorbikes and five more recoverable ones? Pray tell which police professional force would consider that a good use of resources?
