Paper for riding with a foodcar

Good day, 

My girlfriend makes real Belgian waffles nr 1 in Bangsaen.  She has a small food car and she rent a small space in front of a minimart and here for she has become a permission/paper of the muncipal.  However she wants to walk and sell near the beach with the food car but the muncipal says she can not because she not living for at least 5 years in Bangsaen.  Does anyone know maybe how we can get a permission/paper to walk and sell with de food car?

Maybe some "tea money"  at the municipal office would help solve this issue ?

I asked my girlfriend to ask the munipal if she can “buy” the paper...but she said cannot....if you ask this maybe they never give you the paper...

Your THAI GF has more idea how to get a paper than us farangs.

Well then it looks like you  have to wait 5 years  and try again...or just do what everyone else does and "ignore" the required bits of paper but be prepared to be harassed by the " tessakit" ( local city enforcement officers)
