I have to report on 15/1/20. I tried to do the online report yesterday and today but received the following answer. 'For further information regarding the 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residential area.'

 

Never had a problem before.

 

Any reasons for this response?

It means your record could not be found.

New passport since you last reported?

Error in the info you entered in the required fields.

I need a new passport this year and plan to get one when visiting the UK in May.

 

I have used the 90 day online for almost 2 years, without issue. I avoid a 320 Km round trip so it's great for me.

 

From such reports, it seems very likely when I come back and register my new passport with immigtration, that my 90 day may have the same issue.

 

Has anyone reported 90 day working ok after receiving a new passport?

You will be able to use online reporting without a problem since you will be using your new passport for entry to the country. 

The database the system checks is created from entries to the country.

When have your stamps moved to the new passport at immigration be sure they update their local records for 90 day reports. If not done they might reject or disapprove your online reporting application.

I agree, 7 days before the 15th would be Wed 8th, and personally I always add a day or two to that as I might get the 90 day counting off by one!

I just tried to do my 90 day report online report that is due on the 19th which is within the window for online reporting using my new passport number and for the uptenth time since online reporting started got this message when I submitted it.

When the online reporting was introduced in 2015, I was able to do 7 successful online 90 day reports via the website. At the end of 2016, I got a new passport and then I was no longer able to use the online reporting and had to do it in person. I left/re-entered the kingdom in Oct 2019 to hopefully get my new passport "registered" in the online reporting system. This morning, I was able to use the online 90 day reporting (using the website with Edge browser) again to successfully submit my first online report since leaving/re-entering the kingdom with my new passport. After entering all my details, the report was approved immediately. I was then able to display my successful report and print the notification receipt / next appointment date to go in my passport. Well happy - no more 200 Km round trips to immigration every 90 days.

 

I was hoping to be able to use the ImmeService android app, but that kept crashing.

Try using the new "Immigration Services For Foreigners" available on Android and I-phone. Go to the Google or I-phone store on your phone to find and register. Came out in November of last year. Not sure if it works, but the download works and the 90 Day report function is on the menu. My report not due till end of Feb.

 

I would bet since they started this new service they have abandoned the old 90 e-reporting system, without informing anyone.

When I got a new passport the online reporting did not work, I went into my local immigration to do it and then the next time it worked.

I tried the "Immigration Services For Foreigners" android app on my phone first but it kept crashing as I was entering my details. So it doesn't work for me. The "old" online 90 day reporting website is still working fine, as already stated by others
