After revelations by Parnas, the GAO statement and soon the documents to be release by the Energy Department,  there are no good tactical options any more for the Republicans as to how to conduct the trial.

Not to worry. Once the Senate exonerates him of the current charges, the House can move ahead with the next impeachment and this evidence will be vital.

The GAO is a congressional organization ,they work for congress,not the executive branch, stands to reason they always decide for the congress branch of GOV. You remember don't you ,the 3 branches of Gov which are in a dispute right know because the  dem Congressional doesn't want to go through the third branch judiciary to get subpoenas   ,according to A.Dershawitz the Congress doesn't dictate the POTUS foreign policy ,its the exact opposite,example the Iran deal was Obamas policy it wasn't the congress.

From what I see from afar the impeachment is not removing the Neanderthal Trump from office as this is not going to happen with a Republican Senate. My question at this point is what will be done with the bodies thrown under the bus?  Handed over to the Dept of Justice?  That's still Barr turf, and Barr does what DT says, which makes it the Dept Without Justice.

I could see DT throwing Pence, which he already has taken a few goes at.  If they need more it's going to follow a pecking order, and that might put Nunes at the bottom as the sacrifice.
