I have a Teclast T20 tablet and very happy with it for 14 months. However, for over a week now it will not fully charge even overnight turned off. I left it overnight and the charge was only 49%. I have also tried different charge cables/plugs to no avail.

I took it to Zeer Rangsit and the repair kiosks did not have a new battery or even want to open it to see if the USB connection was loose. In hindsight I should have asked the kiosk if they have a USB power meter which I will do when I go back

In the meantime, has anyone else with a T20 had the same issue?
