I am buying a property with a big pond, nearly 1 rai of pond and wondering about raising some edible fish... any advice appreciated... 

 

There are some fish in there now but I have no idea what type.. nothing too big...

Pla Nin, Tub Tim (both tilapia) are the most common to raise for food, and fry are easily purchased from garden/pond centers. If you have pics of your fish in the pond, post them and we'll see if we can identify them.
