Sell car registered in chonburi

Featured Replies

Hello,

I want to sell my car that is registered in Chonburi, I'm in Bangkok (entered the country 30 days ago).

How to quickly sell the car ? What documents are required ? Do I need residence certificate ? Because I can't get it unless I stay for at least 90 days when in Bangkok and I never stay for 90 days.

Can I just sell it to some tent ? Any advice ? I just want to sell my stuff and get out of here.

Thanks.

To sell quickly, find someone living in Chonburi to buy it cause transferring provinces is a long drawn out process.

Technically you do need a residence certificate to sell but ultimately that comes down to the individual LTD to enforce or not.

Flog it off to a tent, what ever is lacking in paperwork (from you) they will just be creative with.

Out of interest, what car is it ?

When making a post concerning the sale of a motor vehicle, it's always useful to give full details of the vehicle as a reader might be interesting in buying it.
