What is this tree called?

 

With have trees all along the perimeter of our garden but there's one small spot where our neighbours can look through and view our place so we are looking for one tree or trees to plug that gap and restrict their view and thought of this tree.

 

Any advice on this tree? Quick or slow grower? Grows to what height? Always retains its leaves? Needs lots of light or not? Etc?

 

 

Looks like a bottlebrush tree (Callistemon)
