PhilHarries
Typically Thai problem solving. Problem : Stray dogs. Solution : Round them up and deposit them in another province as far away as possible. Very humane, well we didn't harm the dogs the fact that the local people killed and ate them is on their concience.

Still I suppose it is better than throwing them alive to the Crocodiles as allegedly was done at times in the past!

Anyone know if there is any truth to it or is it just another urban myth?

Farma
What’s the problem? Dog trucks were and are still common in many areas of Thailand. Is Pattaya any different?

Solving the protein deficiency in Sa'gaeow and the Pattaya stray dog problem in one efficient swoop. Will this be extended to other resorts with similar problems, Hua Hin for instance. kurgen
No doubt the healthy ones will be packed in with the mangy half dead skeletons and emerge at the dinner table pre-scalped.
lamphun
Personally I've never eaten dog meat, I'm told it has quite a strong taste. Are there any special recipes for dog meat ?
